Floxium provides web design, Webflow development, and related digital services. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in each project agreement or invoice.

Payments

Projects require an upfront payment to begin. The remaining balance is due before the final website is transferred or launched. All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed in advance. Additional changes or new requests may require extra time and cost.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required content, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays in communication may affect timelines.

Ownership

Once full payment is completed, the final website design and development are transferred to the client. Floxium reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may include third-party tools or services (such as hosting, domains, or integrations). Floxium is not responsible for issues or costs related to these external services.

Liability

Floxium is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use or performance of the website.
