Refund Policy

At Floxium, each project is a custom service tailored to your business. By starting a project with us, you agree to the following refund terms.
Guarantee Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the project start or delivery of the milestone.
- Clients must provide clear feedback explaining why the work does not meet the agreed scope.
- Floxium must have received all necessary content and approvals in a timely manner.
Exceptions & Protection
The money-back guarantee does not cover situations where:
- The project is delayed due to client inactivity or failure to provide content.
- The client requests changes outside the original project scope without agreeing to additional fees.
- Refund requests are made after the project has been completed and approved.
How It Works
Once a refund is approved, Floxium will process the payment within 5–7 business days. Any third-party costs (hosting, stock images, plugins) may be deducted if they were already paid on behalf of the client.
